  • Estimates & proposals: valid for 30 days. Changes may affect pricing.
  • Deposit: 40% deposit required to commence work. Balance due upon completion.
  • Project timeline: estimated schedules are subject to weather and material availability.
  • Warranty: 1-year warranty on hardscape, 6-month on plantings (native species).
  • Dispute resolution: binding arbitration in Jefferson County, KY.
  • Legal: all designs and plans are property of GreenScape Forge.
